With our #astro_pi 3d picture of the Zouar Volcano in #Tchad, we have the impression to jump from the #ISS through Cumulus and Cirrus into the white #volcano crater! The white crater is 1500m and the black pic 3315m height.
Thanks to @astro_pi who allowed us to take this 3d picture from the #ISS There is something divine about having the #Crete island from so high and at the same time close by its relief. One can only think of the Cyclops cave and the epic of Ulysses.

Dans le cadre du projet AstroPi, j’ai eu l’occasion de prendre des photos de la Terre depuis l’ISS, en programmant un Raspberry Pi. Le programme qui a pris les photos en 3D est en python. Il est possible de voir les photo en 3d ci dessous, soit en louchant devant l’écran, soit avec un casque ou smartphone pour pouvoir diriger l’image en tournant la tête.
